Biztek is located in Brookvale's industrial precinct and is dominated by small industrial companies. Over the years the nature of these operations has changed and reflects changes in Australian industry, the focus has shifted from fabrication processes to the implementation of technology and development of intellectual property.

Biztek has been developed speculatively to cater for the growing demand for space for these hybrid operations. The tenancy spaces are arranged around two open, three storey atriums creating an open and dynamic working environment. The steel and glass aesthetic of the building was pursued to enhance the building's sense of technological enterprise.
